REGIONAL SALES MANAGER
Regional Sales Manager will be part of a small sales team with offices based in Stockholm. The role involves a lot of travel, as the company has international services and customers throughout; Europe, USA, Asia, Middle East and Africa. As Regional Sales Manager you will work closely with the Marketing Manager and other sales staff to increase the number of prospects and customers to PrimeKey. You will be involved in the development of strategies for sales growth. The role also involves ensuring deliveries and responsible for building up the short- and long-term customer relationships and nurturing existing ones.
- Participate in efforts to define the portfolio and pricing in collaboration with other teams
- Introduce portfolio, pricing, product and service
- Sell Cooperation and assistance with technical support/service department in the preparation of quotes
- Interact with clients on commercial terms and questions
- Interact with other teams to ensure smooth deliveries across the board
- Manage long-term customer contracts and longer sales cycles

BACKGROUND AND PERSONAL QUALITIES
We expect you to have at least 3-5 years’ experience in international sales in the IT and/or field of technical products. You have an education in engineering, IT and/or sales. We want you to have a good knowledge and understanding of IT security/firewalls. You’re used to and enjoy working with other people in diverse team compositions.
As a person you are action-oriented and driven, you are prepared to make decisions, take the initiative and launch activities. You have the ability to create and maintain customer relationships, and you can easily understand the customers needs, both implicit as explicit, and deliver accordingly. You are adept at managing long sales processes and you’re not turned down by adversity. We value your ability to set long-term goals, follow them and have the capacity to prioritize. Other highly valued features is that you are responsive and flexible in your dealings with others, you show respect and you’re a team player.
You express yourself fluently in spoken and written English and have good knowledge of Swedish. Additionally, if you have skills in another language, preferably German or French, it is meritorious.
