PrimeKey is looking for a system integration engineer who likes customer support, both junior and senior candidates are welcome to apply. Your job will consist of creating and maintaining our product testing platform, including automated testing. Part of the role is to give technical support to our customers within our successful technologies: EJBCA Enterprise, SignServer Enterprise and PrimeKey PKI Appliance. We live and breathe RSA, X.509, open source and hardware security modules. We hope you have some experience in those fields as well, or you are just bursting with talent.
- Plan the test environment with the rest of the team
- Propose hardware and software
- Create maintenance plans
- Create test pipelines
- Fine tune Jenkins automation test
- Provide customer technical support

Background and personal qualitites
You hold a M.Sc. in system integration or equivalent. To be successful in this role it is vital that you have a good understanding and general knowledge of system architecture and that you are fluent in test management, test automation tools and Configurations Management tools such as Jenkins, Puppet, Linux, databases, open source software and the likes. As a potential candidate, you could be newly graduated from University or you could be more experienced, having worked several years with technical products, IT security, firewalls or PKI previously.
It is an advantage if you have worked within support organizations before, with hands-on experience and can handle highly technical support issues. We also value an individual with experience within system administration, system integration and/or system development. It is also advantageous if you have an IT security education.
