The PrimeKey EJBCA team is happy to announce its most recent PKI software release: EJBCA PKI 5.0.0!

Qualified PKI

This major PKI release marks a new step; as EJBCA is now built on our newly qualified security core — the Common Criteria certified CESeCore Java Library. The most noteworthy new features can be seen below.

This is a major release, containing many new features and bug fixes.

The most notable features implemented are:

The old database audit log system has been removed and replaced by a new security audit function that is capable of storing integrity protected audit records in the database
Integrity protection has been introduced to essential tables. This means that rows in these tables can't be modified through direct database interaction without invalidating the row.
The Command Line Interface can be restricted through authentication.

Development continues beyond this version and all requests from the community are scheduled for EJBCA 5.0.1 or later releases.
